To take card payments by phone, you will need a virtual terminal. A virtual terminal is a secure page that you can log into online to accept card payments when you’ve got a customer on the end of the phone. You won’t need a website to take payments with a virtual terminal, just an internet-enabled device, like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, to access the pay page.

Your customers can call you with their credit or debit card details, which you then enter into a form on the page. Easy!
